Minimum Rate: £275 (per week)
Maximum Rate: £575 (per week)

Deposit is 25% of the maximum rate, the security fee is also the deposit, if not damages have been made on leaving then the deposit will be refunded.
All electric, gas, linen, towels and hot water heating is included also in the price.
